Task description

Publish a full design system to Figma Community for Decidim 0.28, based on the workfile and the design guide and inspired by the current Design system’s file-structure.

In priority, the file structure should:

• Make sense and set generic standards helping the release cycle
• Be based on the design guide’s file structure
• Use the official naming conventions present in the design guide

Aditionnaly, the file should use:

• Nested components
• Responsive layouts
• Text & layer styles
• Interaction states

• design UI themes
• design plugins
• consult upcoming versions and prepare existing modules accordingly
