1. Carpoolers’ Commitments

Carpoolers mutually agree to:

• Communicate effectively: Agree on the meeting place and departure time, and notify other participants in case of delays, changes, or cancellations.
• Adopt respectful behavior: Be courteous to other carpoolers, whether in terms of conversation, music, or comfort.
• Comply with applicable laws: Adhere to all relevant regulations during the journey.
• Respect time commitments: Arrive on time at the agreed meeting points, both at the start and end of the journey.

2. Drivers’ Commitments

Drivers agree to:

• Provide a well-maintained vehicle: Ensure their vehicle is clean, and well-maintained, and that all safety equipment is functional.
• Ensure passengers' safety: Follow traffic laws, adjust their driving to the conditions, and ensure the safety of each passenger.
• Inform passengers of the rules: Clarify any specific rules from the outset (no smoking, food, drinks, presence of animals, etc.).
• Be compliant: Ensure their vehicle is covered by mandatory insurance and that they possess a valid driver’s license.

3. Passagers’ Commitments

Passengers agree to:
